About James A. Dunn
From the beginning of his legal career in 1978 as a law clerk for two years to federal district court judge, Hon. Ross Sterling, James A. Dunn has been primarily involved in civil trial work.
Mr. Dunn has handled a wide variety of cases, from representing an eighty-four year old woman who had been swindled out of an apartment complex she owned to representing a major gas pipeline in lawsuits involving a transportation agreement and a processing agreement to representing business owners engaged in disputes with their fellow owners to representing family members involved in probate disputes. Mr. Dunn has also represented a wide range of clients in the areas of estate planning and probate litigation.
